Ignite Your Family’s Faith!

We welcome ALL families with children in Pre-K through 8th grade to embark on a transformative journey of faith. Engage in meaningful discussions, strengthen your bonds, and experience the joy of living your faith together.

More than just a class, our program empowers the entire family through enriching classroom experiences for children, engaging at-home activities, community-building events, and opportunities for parents to deepen their own faith journey.

This isn’t just religious education; it’s an invitation to live your faith vibrantly as a family and a community of believers.

New for 2026-2027…

Family Faith Formation remains a centerpiece of our Family Ministry at St. Joseph.

However, in the 2026-2027 school year, there is a significant paradigm shift in the preparation and reception of the sacrament of Confirmation.

In the 2026-2027 school year, the normal age for Confirmation will shift from 9th grade to 4th grade.

This means that all children in 4th grade and up will receive the sacrament this year.

Due to the significant shift in the typical age of reception and the number of candidates to be confirmed, the Confirmation preparation course will be integrated into the Family Faith Formation Curriculum. Parents will be able to select their preference for a Fall ‘26 or Spring ‘27 mass.

Families with Confirmation candidates in 4th -8th grade should register for Family Faith Formation.

If you have not attended a Confirmation Transition information session, watch the video recording of our last session before registering.

This session covered the purpose of Confirmation, the justification for the shift, and the transition plan, including families who are unaffected by this year’s Confirmation change.

Information about the courses and registration procedures is below.
