Holiday Craft Fair  12/06/14  (9:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
Our youth group events cover a wide-breath of activities, some of which can be expensive to attend. Because of this, it is necessary at times to fundraise in order to make the events more cost friendly for families.

Our first fundraising activity for this school year is a Wreath Sale and Craft Fair. Our Craft Fair will again have plenty of vendors to shop from as well as a bake sale, raffle, and concession stand. Come spend the morning with us and get some Christmas gift shopping done. We are also organizing teen “shopping elves” to assist the younger children in doing some shopping at kid-friendly prices. It is sure to be a fun time that will also benefit the youth group.

Calling All Crafters and Vendors! We need your help in making our Craft Fair a success! We have been very successful in previous years thanks to your participation! We are currently accepting Vendor Applications for table/sell space at our Craft Fair. The charge for each vendor space is $30.00. We have 40 spaces available, each measuring 10’ by 7’ and equipped with one 8’ table and 2 chairs. The tables will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis, according to the postmark date on your envelope. To download a Vendor Application, please Click Here.

We ask that vendors sell only new, preferably hand-crafted items – no baked goods, yard sale, rummage sale, or like items. Please bring your own money box and change, as we do not provide those items.

Any questions can be directed to Michele Dougherty or Candy Howerton.

Please contact us to get more information about any of these upcoming events or if you wish to add an item to our schedule.
